AMARILLO — Borger police, working with various agencies, raided a smoke shop Wednesday afternoon, April 10, and charged a Pampa man with delivery of a controlled substance, a department release said.
Police served arrest and search warrants at Elemental Trading, 703 W. 10th St. in Borger, and police seized packages of what they believed to be synthetic marijuana packaged as “potpourri,” officials said.
