DALLAS (AP) — A Dallas man who was in a hospital being treated for a gunshot wound has been arrested after an auto shop owner was killed in a shootout.
The Dallas Morning News reports Saturday that 31-year-old Rachard Ramon Angton has been charged in the death of 44-year-old Joseph Taylor.
According to an arrest affidavit, Angton and Taylor fire multiple shots at one another on Friday. It’s unclear what prompted the fight at the auto shop.
