South Plains College Reese Center will host the Tin-Man X Robot Battle on Friday, April 26.
Doors open at 4:30 p.m. and competitions begin at 6:30 p.m. in Building 6.
Students are required to construct their robots during class with on-site repairs available in an allotted time period, according to an SPC news release.
The competition features teams from the Levelland campus, the Reese Center campus, Plainview High School and Brownfield High School.
This is the fifth year of the event. The team from Brownfield won the competition in the fall.
