11:05 a.m. — A Texas Tech officer investigated a traffic accident without injuries in the Health Sciences Center D3 parking lot.
3:30 p.m. — A Tech officer detained three non-students in the 2500 block of Sixth Street following suspicious activity. One of the non-students was cited and released for possession of drug paraphernalia. All three-non students were issued criminal trespass warnings for Texas Tech property.
