Bison Festival and fundraiser scheduled for Sept. 28
The third annual Bison Festival and fundraiser will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Quitaque Cotton Gin, FM 1065, a quarter-mile south of Quitaque.
The funds will help restore the Texas State Bison Herd to its historic range at the park and celebrates the cultural and natural history of the Panhandle.
Tickets are $20 at the park and online at TicketRiver.com or $25 at the gate.
