Renovations include a new press box and fieldhouse facilities and new concession stands and restrooms. Parking has been improved, fencing encloses the stadium, and security lighting and video surveillance has been increased.
New jobs for Lubbock: The Lubbock Economic Development Alliance recently announced an incentive program for Shearer’s Foods and Tyco. The two companies are expected to add 95 new jobs.
