11:00 a.m. A Texas Tech officer investigated a theft at the north side bike racks of the United Spirit Arena. A girl’s pink Schwinn bicycle was taken.
3:11 p.m. — A Texas Tech officer responded to medical emergency call at the south entrance to the International Pain Center. A non-student male passed out and was transported to the University Medical Center emergency room for evaluation.
