About a dozen parents showed up Monday night at Heritage Middle School to learn more about potential changes in store for their students' futures.
The district hosted the first of eight public meetings on different options for new attendance zones in Frenship Independent School District, with the remainder set to continue through Oct. 21.
Frenship's eighth elementary school is scheduled to open at 114th Street and Upland Avenue in August. The district is considering changing the attendance boundaries at the elementary and middle schools.
