Volunteer Center sets event workshop
The Volunteer Center of Lubbock will host the “Event Planning” workshop from 9 to 11 a.m. today at the VCL Conference Room, 1706 23rd St.
The workshop is $65 per person and $50 for VCL agency partners.
The workshop will be presented by development director, Stacy Keith, who is a certified fundraising executive. Topics will include the conception of an event, budgeting, sponsorships and marketing.
