AMARILLO — A prosecutor is to present evidence to a Texas Panhandle grand jury in sex assault cases against eccentric millionaire artist Stanley Marsh 3 (three).
Special prosecutor Matt Powell on Wednesday will take six counts of sexual assault and five counts of sexual performance by a child before a Potter County panel.
