Good work by a multi-agency task force took many wanted criminals off the streets recently. The task force, led by the Department of Public Safety, arrested 20 local fugitives and 45 from DPS Region Five, which includes Lubbock. Many of the fugitives were high-risk offenders and gang members, and the law officers also made several drug seizures.
