Annual Champions for Children Banquet
The Early Learning Centers of Lubbock will honor award recipients during its Champions for Children Banquet at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 16, at the Lubbock Country Club.
This year’s honorees are LaNelle Ethridge, educator and child advocate, Tracie Grimshaw, Preston Smith Elementary kindergarten teacher; and Mary Boone, Christ the King, Child Development Center teacher; and South Plains Association for the Education of Young Children.
