Lubbock Independent School District Head Start families will get free tickets to the ABC Rodeo this week through a partnership with PlainsCapital Bank.
“PlainsCapital Bank generously purchased the rodeo tickets, which were graciously made available at a discounted price by the ABC Rodeo,” a news release from the school district stated.
