Community building available to rent
The Lubbock County Precinct 1 Community Building, 115 Park Road, Patterson Park, is available for family and community events, meetings and classes.
The community building is on the west side of Wolfforth’s Patterson Park. Since the building is in the park, outdoor recreation facilities are readily accessible, also.
Tables and chairs are available in the facility, as well as a kitchen. The facility is available for $75 per day.
