Mr. and Mrs. Brad Palmer of Plains, Texas are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Bradley Mancil Palmer II, to Amanda Marie Resendez, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Noe Resendez of Dallas, Texas. The happy couple met while attending a church function in Houston.
