10:09 a.m. — A Texas Tech officer investigated a traffic accident without injuries and duty upon striking unattended vehicle in the Z4P parking lot.
2:51 p.m. — A Tech officer investigated indecent exposure at Sneed Residence Hall. An unknown male exposed his genitals on two different occasions to a staff member.
