AT&T customers in the South Plains area may have experienced issues with service on Saturday, Feb. 8, after what an AT&T spokesman called a “hardware issue.”
Some AT&T customers in the Lubbock, Amarillo and Midland areas may have experienced issues with wireline and wireless voice services Saturday, Charles Bassett, AT&T, senior public relations manager, said in a statement.
Technicians worked quickly to resolve the issue and service is currently running normally.
