Bodyworks begins 90-day challenge
Bodyworks has kicked off its TRANSFORM: the 90-Day Body Transformation challenge where contestants compete for $10,000 by reshaping their bodies within 90 days.
Contestants must start the challenge no later than March 24, must be current Bodyworks or Freedom Fitness gym members and must be at least 18 years old.
Judging is based on three criteria: before and after photos, transformation essays and measurements, including body fat percentage.
