More than 118,500 Texans have used the federal health care website to sign up for insurance.
The federal Department of Health and Human Services released statistics Monday that show Texas ranked fourth in the nation behind California, Florida and New York. California and New York operate health care exchanges and did not suffer the same problems as the federally operated HealthCare.gov.
