Kevin and Karen Kelly are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Kelly, to Trey Whaley, all of Lubbock. Trey is the son of Ken and Tarina Whaley of San Antonio, Texas. The couple plan to marry on May 31, 2014 in Lubbock, Texas.
