Public libraries to close for holiday
All Lubbock public libraries will close at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 23. All library locations will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 24, and Wednesday, Dec. 25.
Regular hours will resume on Thursday, Dec. 26.
Elf on Shelf contest still on at Santa Land
Parks and Recreation and Betenbough Homes are sponsoring the Elf on the Shelf contest at Santa Land.
The winning family will receive an iPad mini by Betenbough Homes.
