Lubbock Fire Rescue officials blame a candle for an accidental early Monday morning Dec. 16 trailer home fire in north Lubbock.
Fire crews responded to the blaze about 1:50 a.m. in the 200 block of N. Toledo Avenue.
The fire was under control about 2 a.m., according to a Lubbock Fire Rescue news release.
Fire investigators believe a candle ignited a blanket, causing the fire, according to the release.
The South Plains Chapter of the American Red Cross provided assistance to one man. No injuries were reported.
