Lubbock City Councilman Victor Hernandez announced Wednesday, Dec. 11, his intent to sell the historic building currently housing his law practice.
The Ralli House, built in 1930, is a two story, 13,000-square-foot commercial building on Avenue L, and a designated historic site.
With three children in college, Hernandez, a Lubbock attorney, said the sale is meant to simplify his life.
The asking price is currently $838,500, and will be listed with RE/MAX on Monday, Dec. 16, Hernandez said.
