Columnist Williams to speak at Tech
Conservative newspaper columnist Walter E. Williams is scheduled to deliver the keynote speech, “The Role of Government in a Free Society,” as part of a free lecture series organized by the Texas Tech Free Market Institute.
Williams will speak from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., today, Sept. 19, in the Texas Tech Student Union Building.
