Lawrence “Hud” and Lisa Huddleston moved to Lubbock in 1989, with their three kids, as a part of a partnership that desired to offer quality auto repair from people you could trust.
“When we first moved here, our building was the only one out here in this industrial section of Lubbock,” Lisa recalls. “In fact, our only neighbors were cows in a pen at the end of the street!”
In 1999, Lisa and Hud became the sole owners of the business. In 2011, they changed the DBA from Auto Service Center to Hud’s Auto Service, since people referred to it as “Hud’s Shop” all the time.
