1:43 p.m. — A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for public intoxication in the 700 block of University Avenue. The student was transported to Lubbock County Jail.
Aug. 12
5:59 a.m. — A Texas Tech Officer investigated criminal mischief in the C-13, C-15 and C-16 parking lots. A single window pane was broken out of three different bus stops.
