EL PASO — Few people have had a better view of the transformation the El Paso region has undergone in the past four decades than Humberto Quinonez.
High atop the Wyler Aerial Tramway, Quinonez is about to say goodbye to the bird’s-eye view of the city he has had for the past 44 years.
The El Paso Times reported he is going to retire as the site manager of the tramway this week.
