It has been a very irritating experience to try to communicate with our utility company. I keep a spreadsheet of our utility bills and was overwhelmed when I received my May bill that indicated 20,000 gallons of water usage. My highest ever was August 2012 when we had to completely refill the pool and it was 16,000 gallons. I called and was greeted by less than customer service. Then I received the June bill and the water was 33,000 gallons. After the May bill the plumber was called and certified we did not have a leak.
