What to make of Rick Perry?
Our governor again took center stage last week, as the special session of the Legislature turned its attention to the volatile issue of abortion.
The regular session ended without addressing abortion. The session was viewed as productive in some areas and absent of drama in some areas, but also called unproductive, namely because hotter issues were not debated.
