Amanda Kopf and Cary Gillit were united in marriage on June 21, 2013 in Sarasota, Florida. Donald and Nancy Kopf of Sarasota and Gary and Diane Gillit of Lubbock served as their children’s attendants for the private ceremony. Amanda is a 1995 graduate of Pine View School in Sarasota. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from New College of Florida in 1999 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Florida at Gainesville in 2003. She is currently employed as a CMS Surveyor Trainer for the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services in Austin, Texas.
