Tiffany Andrews and Joel Parsons were united in marriage at 7:00 pm, June 28, 2013, at the Legacy Event Center. Pastor Rob Lindley officiated the ceremony. Randi Jinkins, a childhood friend of Schertz, Texas, served as Matron of Honor and Emily Von Ruff, a college friend of Houston, Texas, served as Maid of Honor. Ty Parsons, the bridegroom’s older brother of McKinney, Texas, served as Best Man. Tiffany is the daughter of Damon and Jill Andrews of Lubbock Texas. Joel is the son of Kelvin and Amy Parsons of Wolfforth, Texas.
