DUMAS — More than 100 people gathered in Dumas around the Moore County Courthouse Thursday evening, March 14, for a candlelight vigil in memory of five teenagers killed Sunday, March 10, in a traffic accident just a few miles away.
Family, friends, classmates and members of the community attended the vigil, which began about 7:30 p.m. and was led by Pastor Frank Gordoa of Cornerstone Church in Dumas.
Gordoa said he did not know the teens or their families before the event.
