Mr. Reynaldo Martinez and Ms. Diana Martinez of Lubbock, Texas are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Nicole of Phoenix, Arizona to Andrew Lomeli Jr., son of Andrew and Teresa Lomeli all of Phoenix, Arizona.
