SAN ANTONIO
A San Antonio student has been indicted on a charge of making a terroristic threat after being accused of using social media to allude to an attack on his school.
The San Antonio Express-News reported 17-year-old Matthew Murray was indicted Tuesday on the third-degree felony that could result in a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
Murray and another Alamo Heights High School student were arrested after police were alerted in August to a Facebook exchange between the two referencing the 1999 Columbine High School massacre in Colorado.
