Corbin to begin term on TCTA committee
Donna Corbin, teacher at Bowie Elementary in the Lubbock Independent School District, was elected in January to serve as chair of the Texas Classroom Teachers Association’s statewide membership committee for a two-year term that begins Saturday, June 1.
Corbin was elected during the TCTA Convention in Austin. TCTA members include teachers, librarians, counselors and other classroom professionals.
The committee is the highest elected body of the group.
